I cannot add an email account to my daughter's iPhone 7...says the account is restricted. I probably did this in the past, but I want to add 1 email address then restrict it again. I have her as part of my family group and I know her passwords and mine. Must be missing how to unrestrict the phone. I don't see a restrictions option in settings on iOS 12.3 Thanks

Thanks! When I followed your instructions, the account is no longer restricted, but when I try to add her icloud email address, it tells me that the account is already added. But it does not appear in mail....
Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud and make sure the switch for Mail under Apps Using iCloud is on.
