I recently found an iPhone 8 Plus in a lost in found at my workplace. I tried to return it to the original owner but they already got a new one because they lost their original one but said I could keep this one. Is there any possible way that I can unlock the Activation Lock without their password or information? I didn't know about activation lock so I already factory reset it and I'm stuck on the activation lock screen. Help?

No. Only the owner of the account used to lock it can remove the lock.
As you know the previous owner at your workplace just ask them to remove Activation Lock.
Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock (formerly: Activation Lock: Removing a device from a previous owner’s account) - An activation lock can only be removed using the log-in information for the account that applied the lock.

Get the owner of the account to remove the lock. It is otherwise useless to you.
