iCloud Issues

I’m having trouble accessing my icloud to get all my videos and photos back.

Unable to to find any help or speak to someone about this to find out what’s went on. I have zero photos, zero videos. Accidentally turned off iCloud then when I went into photos they were all gone.

No idea how to restore or get them back and I can’t access iCloud because it doesn’t seem to exist.

You need to sign back into Settings/Your Name/iCloud using the same ID as before, and make sure Photos syncing is on.

What do you mean by I can’t access iCloud because it doesn’t seem to exist.? Settings/Your Name/iCloud doesn't exist?
