pointer change color in Mail

Hello,

Writing an email I suddenly saw my pointer change color (red instead of normal black); I vainly look on Google the answer: nothing found ... And the assistance of Apple does not see where it can come.

I changed the color of some passages of my message in red (to attract attention) and it was then that this phenomenon appeared.
