I backed my iPhone up well in process but it’s taking forever!

Generally, there are two main reasons for that behavior:
- Quantity of data you're backing up
- Reliability and speed of your wifi network.

How did you perform your attempt to backup? Using iCloud or using iTunes on a computer?
Should be the former, are you sure you have enough storage space on iCloud?
