Service center deny to give me jobsheet of my swap device

It's not clear what you mean. Do you mean you took your device to a service centre which is not Apple authorised, and now you have a dispute with them? If this is the case, it's between you and them, and nothing to do with Apple.
If that's not what you mean, please clarify.
I bought a 2nd hand iphone xs, He gave me a paper which had a new IMEI number written on it and the paper was lost, I contact to service center (Uniworld Shop No 36 B 1st Floor Crown Interior Shoping Mall Delhi, 12/7, Mathura Road, Sector 35, Faridabad, Haryana 121003) regarding new job sheet service center deny to give me new jobsheet.
None of this makes much sense. What has the IMEI number on a piece of paper to do with it? And what is the jobsheet for? Is this an Apple authorised service centre? And what exactly are you asking us here? - you do realise this is a user to user forum and you're not talking to Apple here? We can advise but not actually do anything.
