How can i extract photos from an icloud Backup?
I've installed the iOS 13 Beta and took a number of pics. Backed up and attempted to restore from the backup and the system crashes. now I just need the pics and video from the backup.

You can't view individual files in a backup.
Restore from it is all you can do.
