How to delete a hidden partition from an external hard drive?

Recently I have formatted my external hard drive from NTFS to exFAT using Disk Utility. The reason was to have more compatibility because I could use the hard drive with my PlayStation 4, Windows computers, other Macs, etc. And when I connected the hard drive to the PS4, it only saw a 206 MB partition, while the hard drive is 2 TB, so no data in that partition. Running diskutil list in Terminal revealed a hidden EFI partition that is exactly 209 MB. I want do delete it, but Disk Utility doesn't even show it. How can I do it?
