how do i combine calls from same contact in recent calls

I use my recent call log on a regular basis. Is there a way to combine all calls from the same contact into one entry in the recent call log? I know it automatically combines calls within a short time frame, but I end up with the same contact showing multiple times in my call log, making it difficult to find the one I need.

If there is no native way to do this in IOS 12, is there any app available to accomplish the same thing?
