I bought an iPhone 7 in Santa Monica yesterday.
But even if I use it for a few minutes, my cell phone gets too hot.
I've used my iPhone several times, but I've never done this before.
When I talk on the phone or charge, the iPhone 7 gets too hot, so I'm afraid to use it.
Can I exchange it for another new phone?

I would take it back to the store. If you bought it from Apple, you have 14 days to return it. If you bought it from somewhere else, you'll need to inquire as to the return policy.

In addition to what IdrisSeabright said, the iPhone 7 has been known to get exceptionally hot compared to his predecessors.
