Spots on IPhone 7 caused from rubber case

Please I have noticed my phone having spots caused by my rubber case, is there a solution to get it to come off, white spots at the back and edges , please help me

I don’t really understand the process but from what I’m seeing it’s just damp cloth I should use, Ive used damp cloth before, I’ve used dry cloth too and still doesn’t come off. I’m just unhappy because now the phone value drops over here more when it isn’t neat anymore
