iPhone frozen

My iPhone is frozen on the white screen after I tried restoring my phone. It has the loading bar but it hasn’t moved in 3-4 hours. I’ve held down the power and lower volume buttons but it keeps bringing up the loading screen as like installing a update. Any recommendations on what I could try to fix the problem?
