How do i know my iPhone X is damaging from Virus?

Unless your iPhone has been jailbroken, it does not have a virus.
If your phone is getting hot, check Settings>Battery and see what app is using the highest amount of battery and start your troubleshooting with it. Some process is getting stuck and is probably causing the heat, and could also be causing the lagging, since the processor is being overused.
