hi,
I recently purchased more icloud storage to be able to back-up my iphone, most especially the photos. to date, photos are 35GB, but checking icloud back-up (under manage storage) , this says only 409MB of photos has been backed up. the camera roll itself has 13k photos. have tried signing out of icloud anda hard reset.

Depending upon the quantity of photos you have and the speed of your internet connection, it can take some time for your photos to be upload to the iCloud Photo Library. Here’s some information on setting up and using iCloud Photos: Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support
