Refund

Hey!

I downloaded «Instasize» to try for a free trial (because I thought it was nother editor software with more tools. I accepted the trial period, nothing more. Then all of a sudden when I was to cancel my trial period, It said I had accepted «premium» membership, and the amoubt qas already taken from my bank account.... «instasize» support says I have to contact apple/google play for a refund, but when i try sending a message, it shows up as an error and that I am not allowed a refund... HELP what do I do??

I fully intend to make a big case out of this, If I am ripped off for 56 dollars for something I dont even use!!

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
