Sim insert error

when I insert a sim my phone then following thing showed;

The SIM card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a service provider that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported service provider or request that this iPhone be unlocked by service provider. Please contact Apple for more information.

The cell company the iPhone is locked to, is the only one that can unlock it.

Contact Apple Support and give them the IMEI number, they should be able to tell you who it is locked to.

Your phone is locked to a carrier and can only use their sim.

You need to get a sim from the carrier your device is locked to.
