Apple Music Subscription (NEPAL, Asia )

On apple's available payment methods for various countries' page, for Nepal it says that most credit and debit cards are accepted as seen below.

But when I open the iTunes store, the available payment methods are VISA, Mastercard and American Express. I am not eligible for a VISA or American Express but I am able to gain a Payoneer (payoneer.com : for reference) Mastercard based on 'USD only' with location set to 'Nepal.' There are no Mastercards available in my country for online purchases so I had to make US based Mastercard.

As you all can see in the picture below, the price for apple music in my country (NEPAL) is in USD. I swear I haven't used any VPN. So, the queries I would like to have answers to are :

  1. Will Payoneer Mastercard based off USD with location set to Nepal be able to pay for my apple Music Subscription ? Well, actually first has anyone tried Payoneer Mastercard on Apple Music ? (This would be my last resort !)
  2. There is no option for Apple ID balance shown in the first picture for my country but iTunes gift cards (i have heard they are also location based) are easily available in my country which are all US based. So would a US based iTunes gift card be able to top-up my Apple ID which has billing address set to Nepal and is associated with a Nepal's mobile-phone number (I don't have a US based mobile number - I know I can use temporary mobile numbers online but I don't want risks) and then pay for my Apple Music Subscription from Apple ID ?
  3. The best option would be if Apple accepted any debit or credit cards of my own country (local currency based cards would not be possible as the price is in USD- I know that. ). So , if there are any USD based credit and debit cards of my own country's bank available, do I need to contact the individual banks or can anyone provide me the names of acknowledged banks ?

1, if the card was issued by a Nepalese bank and is registered to the same name and address as on the account it might work - it's less likely to if it's a debit card, not all work with iTunes

2, no, all gift cards are country-specific, a US card can only be redeemed and used in the US

For answer number 1:

Does that card issued by a Nepalese bank has to be a MasterCard (credit and not debit ?) in USD and not in my local currency ? There are two types of Mastercard in my country. One is for worldwide acceptance which is in USD and the other is issued in my local currency and is valid in Nepal and India.

Also which one would have better acceptance for iTunes ? VISA vs MasterCcard vs American Express ?

For answer number 2:

The answer solved my query.
