After migrating from a 2011 iMac running High Sierra to 2018 iMac running Mojave, certain Apps show error message, i.e., "You can’t use this version of the application “iTunes” with this version of macOS." How is this resolved?

After migrating from a 2011 iMac running High Sierra to a 2018 iMac running Mojave, certain Apps show error message, i.e., "You can’t use this version of the application “iTunes” with this version of macOS." Also, Safari will launch but does not display on the monitor.


How is this resolved?

iMac 27", macOS 10.14

Download and apply the macOS Mojave 10.14.5 Combo Update. It includes iTunes 12.9.5 which is part of the system install. It will then run as it should.
