Print Issue

I have a Macbook Air, running Mojave 10.14.2. I am running Chrome Version 75.0.3770.142.

My printing issue only concerns google, that is, when I try to print gmail, google docs etc. I have no issue when I try to print Mac Pages, for example.

The issue is that the Print Dialogue screen is completely grayed out. The grayed out print destination field is frozen to a another printer in our home that doesn't even show up on System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.

On the Print Dialogue screen, I can still print if I choose the "print using system dialogue" option.

See image for details. Anyone got any ideas?

I'd go to the manufacturer's web site and download the appropriate printer driver then add it using the printer pane.
