Backlit Keyboard - Arabic

greetings, will the keyboard contain both arabic and english language when i choose Backlit Keyboard - Arabic in the options of ordering mac book air 2019, customizing window?
and can i put HDMI dock in my laptop ordered?

Yes, all non-Latin keyboards also have English on them, otherwise you could not type most email and web addresses.
