Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Payment method

Trying to download an app...It is asking to verify my payment method. The CVV on my new card does not match the original. I shredded the original and no longer have that card. It won't let me remove the card or add a new one. until I verify. So stupid. Why can't you add another card then delete the old one?

I am stuck. No other option. What now?

Try adding the new card and removing the old one via https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage


If that also doesn't work contact iTunes Support and see if they can help you do it :  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww  (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
