Lost phone.

I am from Russia. I have a problem. My phone was stolen. In iCloud, I turned the phone in the first loss. I receive notifications that the phone is turned on, but the website indicates that the phone is not found. how to be? what to believe?

Are you trying to use Find My Phone to track the phone?
