Windows 10 will not go to sleep, wakes up within 15-20 seconds when selecting the Sleep option

I brought a new Mac 27inch 2019 base model and loaded windows 10 on bootcamp. I am having problems with the machine going to sleep. I have tried all the common solutions (reload drivers, check long running programs, etc) and even talked to Apple and Windows support. Nothing helped. I loaded the latest Radeon drivers from AMD as well. Any suggestions what I could do next? The Apple support directed me to Microsoft. Microsoft support is directing me to contact AMD. I haven't contacted AMD yet.

Following are the errors I get when I user powercfg -energy on Windows. I could not find any software update on Apple side.

All the BIOS-related messages are Windows bugs. Your 2019 iMac is a UEFI Mac, so there is no BIOS. If the errors in Event Viewer wake events, then look at them and check which device(s) are responsible.

Do you have any external peripherals (except Keyboard/Mouse/Trackpad) connected to the iMac?

What type Network connections do you have?

What type of BT connections do you have?

Also, when I run powercfg -wakearmed with the mouse connected, it would always say it was the mouse that woke it (instead of NONE when BT was off/mouse was disconnected)

C:\Windows\system32>powercfg -devicequery wake_armed

HID-compliant mouse (002)

The Windows Event Viewer reported the same event as Unknown that powercfg reported as HID-compliant mouse

The system has returned from a low power state.

Tried that as well. Here is my BT settings

when it woke up last, powercfg reported "none" as the wake device

C:\Windows\system32>powercfg -devicequery wake_armed

NONE

eventviewer's Power-Troubleshooter source traces shows the following event.

The system has returned from a low power state.

Sleep Time: ‎2019‎-‎07‎-‎20T22:56:04.073979700Z

Wake Time: ‎2019‎-‎07‎-‎20T22:56:14.808791400Z

I wonder if the original powercfg -energy test's error report had something to do with this:

Platform Power Management Capabilities:ACPI _PSD Object Failed Validation

There is a problem with the definition of the ACPI _PSD object on this computer. Installing the latest system firmware (BIOS) may resolve this issue.

The windows support was convinced that this is the AMD Driver that's at fault. Refreshing that from the published drivers did not help. What else could I try?

I checked the wake events and could not nail the device. I was using powercfg utility in Windows. I do have a apple wired keyboard and a wired mouse connected from the older mac, but removing them and using the magic keyboard/magic mouse had no effect. I am not using Bluetooth at all. I am using wired ethernet to connect the iMac to the network

Here's what the Mac side reports for the light sensor setting you mention. Don't think any of this matters though.
