New Airpods 2 not working right

I just opened my airpods 2 connected them then charged them like it said. But there is no settings menu when they are connected all I have is disconnect and forget device. They pair to my phone as soon as I open the case but still no settings also tired to reset and haven’t had any luck no amber or white light flashes just blinks green.
