iPhoto stuck ( on Loading... ) on iPhone connection and in transferring

I tried to transfer photos from "Image Capture" but after couple of minutes I got an error and then I removed the usb from connector and connect it again and the "Image Capture" did not Identified my photos,

After doing restart to my iPhone I did start the transfer again for specific movie/photo and I got an error -9956

My iPhoto version is 9.6.1

My OS version is "macOS Mojave 10.14.5"

I don't know how to check the Photo.app on my iPhone but I can say that I have iPhone X with iOS 12.3.1

I did not tried but now I see same behaviour in "Image Capture".

On I think I fix this Issue with changing in iPhone menu

Setting > Photos > Keep Originals

And then I did restart and the transfer "Import All" works correctly

I Think its an issue in "Automatic" option

my question is how to fix the Automatic option ?

while I changed the option I saw different formats files in "Image Capture"

It's telling you the problem. One particular file is the issue. Does that movie play normally on the phone?

No, because its transfer correctly in "Keep Originals" option
