Internet recovery fail. Code: -2101F

I tried to recover the system after erasing all data. I closed the disk utility after easing. Then I tried to recover from internet but it always fails with code -2101F.

How to fix this problem?

MacBook Pro 15”, macOS 10.14

Build a bootable installer on another Mac, and use that.
