TV Provider Settings

When I open the TV Provider Settings, I get "An error occurred while attempting to load details." It gives me an option to retry, but it keeps producing the same error. Another post suggested deleting the Apple TV app, and reloading it, then entering sign-on info for Provider again, but that did not work. Any ideas?
