Note app not recognizing password

Two issues with Note app

#1. I use a password to open my notes in the Note app. When I try to add a password to some notes “it says can’t lock note because this account doesn’t support locked notes”

#2. Other issue it is not allowing me to open some notes because it doesn’t recognize my password. It’s the only password I’ve ever used and it is opening some of my notes

Does anyone know of a fix for these issues? Thanks in advance
