my iphone 7 not turning on!!!! ;((( PLEASE HELP

Okay so my iphone suddenly won't respond to touch (it has broken screen), so i pressed the volume and the shut down button at the same time. After that i tried to turn it back on on but it was flashing and stuck on the apple logo screen. i tried doing the same thing again (pressing volume button and shut down button) but it just kept flashing. I tried connecting it to my computer but it didn't work (my computer is not iOS, does it need to be ios?). Now I'm leaving it to charge. Im so lost and scraed. Please help :(

(if ur REAL phone screen is broken, and ur in this condition, maybe try fixing it... ill try doing that to mine as well, but idk if it will work)
