Unknown Bluetooth Device Connecting to My iPhone - Unable to Delete

This has been posted by others but I cannot seem to find a resolution to it. I have 4 unknown bluetooth devices connected to my iPhone 8+ that do not have the "i" beside it to allow be to disable it. I have tried everything including resetting network connections, but they keep appearing. I also deleted my tracking apps I use on the phone and this did not work at all. It happens when I am in my residence and just began to occur.

Here is a screenshot of the connections.

Does anyone have any thoughts about how to address this? Not to be suspicious, but I am concerned if there is something malicious connected to my phone. Thanks everyone.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12

Hello fellow Tesla owners. It seems the 4 bluetooth devices connecting to my iPhone are from my Model 3 Tesla. On a hunch, my son had the hypothesis that each poster's character string is unique as their Tesla, EXCEPT, each one of the 4 connections ends with a unique character C,D,P,R . . . which simply means C=centre, D=driver, P=passenger, and R=rear indicating that the Tesla Model 3 has 4 bluetooth connections with your phone designed to identify and authenticate you. We have seen some posts on Tesla owner forums of the same. I just wish Tesla or Apple or both would have this in their online resources or have their tech support know about this . . . I was online with an Apple advisor for over an hour tonight trying to figure this out. I hope this post helps everyone else out there . . . and for fellow Tesla enthusiasts . . . isn't this car simply spectacular? In my mind, it is something Steve Jobs would have conceived for Apple . . . just sayin' . . .

I am iPhone 8+ user myself and if you want my honest opinion? None of this crazy stuff that keeps on happening to you, I and other iPhone 8 users are not going to stop until they give us the 12.4 iOS software updates. I have just about had enough of this crap. Four months into this and not even a new fix has even happened yet. I am running out of patience with these developers!
