“Paper jam”

But it isnt!

when i try and print from my Ipad it comes up “paper jam” but it is telling fibs. We can print from a Samsung tablet and phones and a Lenovo laptop.

Try and print from the Epson app on the iPad same thing so its not the printer.

Epson WP4530.

Print option gone from Pages When I open a “pages” file, the print option is gone. I’ve always been able to print anything directly from the file I am on. I am using an Epson ET-2720 printer. Not able to print from my iPad Pro There is a printer that I use consistently to print from my MacBook Pro just fine but the printer is not coming up on my new iPad Pro. A random printer I never seen and is not on the premise is the only thing coming up. Is there a to added a new printer or search for a new printer. I am on the same Wi-Fi network as the printer (same a my MacBook).

Hello,

Lets try to power the printer off completely and then to power it back on. This will force the printer to clear out any errors it may think it has.
