I finnaly decided to purchase additional storage on iCloud and sync my photos library.
I am syncing from an MBP to icloud with the MBP being wired with an upload speed of 565Mbps.
My photo library is about 1.3Tb, however, it only uploads 11 photos a min :(
Does iCloud cappes the upload speed from a photo Library?

I also contacted Apple support and they mentioned it was based on the internet speed whch is not the case since i get about the upload speed using 12Mbps upload or half a gig upload speed.
