iPhone X top screen not working. Tried reset says connect to iTunes. Do not have computer to connect

My iPhone 8 was disabled due to a broken screen. I replaced it and tried restoring but my screen is stuck on connected to computer. It won't go past this screen I tried restoring my iPhone but now I am stuck on connected to computer. If I disconnect, it asks me to connect to iTunes. When I connect, it won't do anything.

I downloaded Itunes and now I have a black screen it will not shut down the iphone will not restore to its home page. it just has a black screen with a picture of a computer and the plug for my phone not connected

then find a friend or family member who has computer with itunes on it for you to connect to.
