My iPhone 7 has not been able to receive voicemails since October 2018

My iPhone7 has not been able to receive voicemails since October 2018. I have taken it to my service provider and to my local Apple store, but no one has been able to fix it. Does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions or recommendations will be appreciated. HELP!!!

Can’t access Voicemail A couple of months ago I got an iPhone 13 and signed up for a new service provider. Ever since I haven’t been able to get Voicemail. If I dial Voicemail I just get a short series of beeps. Same thing if anyone tries to ring and leave a message. It is possible to ring the provider and turn on Voicemail but I just can’t access it after that. Have tried all the advice on line (i.e. turn phone on/off; turn wireless mode on/off), none worked. Service provider say everything is okay their end and it must be a problem with the phone. Anyone any ideas?

Iphone 11 not receiving voicemails My Iphone 11 has stopped receiving voicemails since the latest update. i have to manually restart my phone every few hours and reset my network settings 2-3 times a day to try and obtain voicemails. I generally will receive several the following day. Is this a known issue? I have been operating like this for almost two weeks.

Voicemail is a carrier feature. Your cellular carrier will have to fix this. No one else can.
