Hi 2 days ago in Dubai I bought iPhone X from a retailers not apple ones but another shop but today I got to know 2 days after purchase this is a refurbished device which I was never told about from shop guy is it possible IF I bring box bill and device to any apple store and change it to brand new one? Or not? Plz let me know soon

Of course not. If you are not happy with the purchase, return it to the point of purchase for a refund/exchange.

Assuming the device was refurbished by Apple, no. As it appears you purchased the phone from a non approved dealer, the refurbish process is unknown.
