DISCOLORATION/SPOTS (15″ 2017 TOUCH BAR)

Hello, My macbook pro 15'' 2017 got a problem about the screen.


An area around left ege has orange discoloration. And it has just appeared there and I really dont know the reason. I havent drop my laptop on the ground and alsway keep it carefully in my package.

This is the image about this issue.


My waranty was expired at june 2019 so I brought it to an Apple center in my hometown to find solution for this problem. Because I think it is a proplem come from manufacturer. Unfortanatly, they told me the issue come from my side and I have to pay around 700~800$ to fix this. I really dont want to pay this because I bought this one with ~3000$ and for now I have to pay for a reason that I cant accepted. They told me because I cause a damaged on the laptop so it become like that. I checked my laptop carfully and the steel cover is fine. No damaged on it.

I found on internet there are hundreds people who have same proplems.

So I could say it is a problem come from producer and Apple has to find solution for this one.

By the way, in the past when I took the laptop from seller, Few day later my adapter gone with no reason like this time. But luckly they change me a new one and it took me more than 10 day. Now Again. An error after one year used.

Really feel angry because an expensive thing like this got so many troubles that doesnt come from user.

Thanks you about tell me the name of the issue.


I already went there and they told me I have to pay for a problem that doesnt come from me. . . They just took a look and asked me under warante or not. Affter I said not under warante they told a reason that I told above. I really angree about that. . .


I need to make them clear about the this problem didnt come from user and it is an eror of manuafacturer. The DISCOLORATION/SPOTS become much terible today and it changes to another area. It doesnt apear in same positions after restart.


I made a call with suport today and they gave me more terible advices. Update my OS and restart system. . . Nothing work


I ll bring it to store again.
