I can't hear anything on my iphone SE
I tried the factory reset but I still can't hear anything from a call or my greetings. Thank you

You tried or you did a factory reset? IF you restore your phone as new and not from backup and you still have issue, then you need to schedule an appointment with the Genius Bar and take it in to your nearest Apple store.
