Apple Notes Jumps to top of page while writing with apple pencil

Hi guys!

I was having an issue with my apple notes app randomly jumping to the top of the page while writing with the apple pencil. I don't recall the app doing this before, but did some digging around and discovered a solution. The 1st solution did not work for me as my zoom feature was already turned off but the second solution worked. So I wanted to post it here for anyone else having the same issue.

1) Settings > General > Accessibility > turn off "Zoom"

OR

2) Settings > General > Accessibility > turn off "Follow Focus"
