Activation lock

Ok so I bought an iPhone 6 from somebody and there is an activation lock that will Joyner let me do anything on it. It says to contact the original owner of the phone but they will not respond. Does anybody know how to get rid of this activation lock

Activation Lock is a theft deterrent feature, there's no bypass or workaround for that.

Only the original owner Apple ID & password can authorise unlock, not Apple or anyone.

I guess you might have a stolen iPhone.

You can't remove it. It's an anti-theft measure.
