What to do when it says :We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions?

Hello, members. I'm trying to change my Apple ID that I have created so many years ago, and I have forgotten my answers to security questions. Cannot reset it as it says "We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions". What else can I do to solve this problem?
