find my iphone
I tried to unlock my ios device {iPhone 5s} but it says the password its incorrect even i turn off find my iPhone still can not open so is there any way to open it not to mention i delete my previous account without erase the phone.

If you mean you got Apple to permanently delete the account, then if you were the original purchaser of the iPhone (i.e. it’s not second-hand), you could try going to an Apple Store (make a Genius Bar appointment if you do) or try contacting iTunes Support online (https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html) and see if they can remove the iPhone from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership before they might help e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it
