Hi alex_h1,
Thanks for your response.
In the Mail App, All PKpass files (in the email are 4 of them) are shown just like any other attachment. If I just click on any of them, 2 rows popup window is displayed to select what I want to do with the file: in the upper row are shown several apps (none of them is the Wallet App) and the lower row regular actions to do with files (such "Copy", "Save in files",...) but no option related with Wallet App at all.
I've also tried to copy the files to "Google Drive", make them available through link and navigate this link with Safari App. In this case, Safari displayed a window saying that is unable to handle the file and showing an option to be stored in "Files" App, but again, nothing related with Wallet App.
Probably, as you have mention, is related with the files themselves and need to be compatible with Wallet App. I didn't know that there is a specific format for PKpass files in order to be recognized by iOS (I thought that it was a standard multi-platform file kind of) so I'll notify to the vendor to try to force them to solve it. The only weird thing about this issue is that the file has been issued by a very big vendor of tickets so it seems a very obvious thing (the fact that it should work on iOS too) to be reviewed by them.
Regards.
