My iTunes software is up-to-date My iPhone 7 Plus software is up-to-date my laptop windows 10 software is up-to-date when I Connect My iPhone to my laptop windows 10 and open up iTunes and try to do a backup I get backup corrupt. I go in to iTunes preferences devices to delete the backup but there is no backup in there to delete. Is there a different way to fix this ? Thank you very much for any help on this

I went To my iPhone 7 Plus setting click on my name click on iCloud. Did a iCloud backup and it worked. I wish I could figure out why I can’t do it from iTunes backup. Thank you very much for your help
Do you have iTunes 12.9.x on your Windows computer?
