Activity App on Apple Watch Frozen

the Activity app on my Apple Watch has been frozen for a few days now, but I didn’t notice the issue until I went into the app on my watch and saw that the activity reflected from a few days ago. Now, there was an update, but I’ve updated both my watch and phone, and both devices have been restarted, and I’ve even force quit the app on both my watch and phone, but it’s still not updating. Is there any other means to fixing the Activity app so it unfeeezes and updates?

Reset your Watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.

So I was trying to keep my data at first, but then decided to just unpair it. It seemed to work again, but as of today it’s not updating my info at all. The app itself isn’t frozen like last time, but I did verify with my Health app that nothing added since yesterday around 9 pm

Do you have an Apple Watch 3?

I just went and tried to reset by holding both buttons and now the Activity app on the watch is frozen again

It’s really weird though. So the data is showing up in the Health app, but Activity for some reason is not updating
