Horizontal white line, very very faint red screen.

I have a series 3 Apple Watch (42 mm) that I have rarely worn. Yesterday I decided it would be nice to use it, so I charged it up and put it on. 30 minutes after putting it on I go to check the time and notice this very thin horizontal white line near the top of the screen, and notice that the background is a very very faint red color. Weird thing is, in a dark room I can still barely read the date and time, and swipe on the screen. Can anyone help me out with this issue?
