Horizontal white line, very very faint red screen.

I have a series 3 Apple Watch (42 mm) that I have rarely worn. Yesterday I decided it would be nice to use it, so I charged it up and put it on. 30 minutes after putting it on I go to check the time and notice this very thin horizontal white line near the top of the screen, and notice that the background is a very very faint red color. Weird thing is, in a dark room I can still barely read the date and time, and swipe on the screen. Can anyone help me out with this issue?

Make sure you have the latest iPhone and Watch software updates. Next, reset your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both. If the line is still there make an appointment with an Apple store Genius Bar....https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/
