So just recently I decided to add $10 to my Apple ID for some in-app purchases. But when I try to buy anything, it keeps saying that I have insufficient credit on my Apple ID and takes me to the Manage Payments page every time. Is there a way to fix this?

What is the cost of the items you are trying to buy? Have you include any applicable taxes when computing the cost? Can you add a credit card to see if adding that will allow you to complete the purchase?
