Problems with Voicemail on Xr

My voicemail plays the same message for different telephone numbers. Downloaded most recent software. Didn't fix. I see this has been a problem since iphone 6. This is my business phone. I have to be able to hear the messages my customers leave me.

Voicemail not working Hello - I have an iPhone 11 and my voicemail isn’t working. When people call me, my phone rings a few times and then disconnects. I’ve had my phone a few years now and I’m not sure when the voicemail quit working but I just recently realized I haven’t had a message in a while 😂. I’ve changed my voicemail password, set the outgoing message and II dialed 1 to check for messages and I have none. Im stumped!

Voicemail issues My iPhone 11 has stopped receiving voicemail. Neither the saved or default greeting play. Just updated to iOS 15.6. Anyone have a fix?

Voicemail is a carrier feature, so start by contacting your phone carrier.

VoiceMail is carrier specific service. Contact your carrier. iPhones have nothing to do with the messages received on the Carrier's server.
