Unable to sign in with my Apple ID on my new iPhone XS max

Cannot sign in with my Apple ID. The sign in stays grey so I can’t Log in

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
