My MasterCard on file has been lost. The iTunes Store prompts me to update the CVV code of my payment form on file. It will not let me edit or delete the MasterCard’s info not +Add a new card. The bank does not know the CVV of the lost card. Please help!
If you have an active subscription (including iCloud) you won't be able to just remove the card, the account will have to have a card on it. If you do have a subscription try adding the new card and removing the old one via https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage
